Accelerant programme
To successfully realise our ambitions, we must work at speed in our core areas of focus.That’s why, in 2016, we launched a programme to harness talented colleagues across the Group. We call them our Accelerants.
They role-model our values and behaviours and act as a catalyst for rapid development in priority areas. Accelerants undergo intense coaching which instils high performance practices and techniques needed to drive change and fast-track growth. This year’s Accelerant programme is once again set to deliver another crop of handpicked high performing individuals.
