About us

Deepak is a Postgraduate in Rural Management and Accounting with over 25 years of experience in financial services, including previous roles at Barclays Bank and GE Capital. He Joined CPP India in 2010 having previously been part of the start-up team at Amul Ice cream and SBI Card. He was a founder member of the Barclaycard business in India and launched the credit card across the top 10 cities.

Deepak is responsible for leading the development and delivery of CPP India’s growth strategy and delivering excellent outcomes for customers.

Gagan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 26 years in business planning & strategy, M&A, financial accounting, taxation, compliance, project management and process controls & improvements. He has diversified experience in the service and manufacturing industries with proven management and technical skills to manage and lead the finance function.

He joined CPP in December 2010 and prior to this he held a number of senior positions at Aviva Life Insurance, Agilent Technologies, Gillette, Honeywell and Honda Cars.

Kapil leads CPP India’s distribution, product and marketing functions that include revenue generation, customer acquisition, partner management, product management, and customer lifecycle management.

He joined CPP in 2013, and has led several initiatives on commercial deal structuring, new product launches, and technology development.

Kapil brings almost 18 years of experience to the leadership team and has worked with leading brands including ICICI Bank and Barclays Bank. He holds an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai and bachelor’s degree in engineering from NIT, Bhopal.

Prachala joined CPP India in 2008 and has leveraged her vast experience in managing banking operations to help establish and run the processes that ensure CPP India delivers on its promises for its customers today.

Prior to CPP she completed her Masters from Delhi University before joining Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).

At SCB, she was Customer Service Head (North) for the Wholesale Bank Division and was part of the team that established the processes for scaling the credit card division.
